As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play an integral role on our business development team. In this role, you will call on potential customers to illustrate the competitive advantage that Dunbar Cyber Security, Protective Services and Security Systems brings through its security solutions. About the position

• Provide “technical” expertise on products and services to the inside team as needed
• Technical experience with cyber security or related IT helpful but not required
• Support outside Account Managers as needed from a sales standpoint to strengthen customer relationships
• Inside sales lead generation to add an additional commission component to your total compensation plan and supplement to the bottom line growth of the Division
• As the position evolves, and technology changes often, you recognize you will have to evolve with these changes to help contribute to the Cybersecurity team
Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling to schedule leads for the Director of Sales and Outside Sales team
• Provide technical support as needed to the sales team for pre-sales and post-sales
• Address all service and product-related queries on time and be up to date on product knowledge i.e. MSSP services, Sophos, Incapsula and be aware of any Product Promo’s etc.
• Work with Sales as they will be presenting our MSSP services to the customer and be a resource should they need it, in explaining more technical answers as needed
• Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to the sales team and CSM for any upsell opportunity
• Liaise with sales/channel team to win new business and increase sales
• Work closely with the National Cyber Security Sales Director as needed to grow lines of business
• Inside sales lead generation to add an additional commission component to your total compensation plan and supplement to the bottom-line growth of the Division
• Must be a team player
• This is a in office position and not virtual

Qualitative Performance Expectations:

•Be available for anything that the sales or channel may need from you to assist in pre and post-sales with regards to technology and services. The reps will engage you wherever needed
•Stay current on the latest technology, versions, specs etc. of all the products and services we offer in Cybersecurity and work with Director of Operations and Director of Sales
•Scheduling of 10 introductions for sales, whether via WebEx or In person
•Completion of 5 pre-qualifications a week with the goal of getting the necessary infrastructure information teed up for the outside sales force to take over:

o Basic client information (legal name, address of HQ, etc.)
o Client POC for our services
o Signed NDA
o Client Technical questionnaire completed
o Network diagrams
o Services interested in
o Demos with invitation to the sales rep on the account
o Warm introduction hand off to sales Director by supplying the above.

Additional qualifications include:

• 4-year college degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years B2B inside sales experience
• Experience with a customer relationship management software application
• High proficiency with MS Office, including Power Point
• High ceiling and proficiency with social media applications
• Self-starter, self-motivated individual who thrives on a team
• Ability to utilize effective questioning techniques to develop leads
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines
• Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
• Ability to comprehend technology and develop sales strategies to increase business opportunity
