Manage and direct the daily operations of the coin vault, insuring accuracy and maintaining security.
The essential functions of this position are:

1. Determine adequate staffing levels and necessary skills needed to fill vacancies.
2. Provide ample training sessions for all newly hired employees and refresher sessions for existing employees.
3. Complete weekly employee work schedule.
4. Enforce all established Company policies and procedures, through the implementation of corrective and/or disciplinary action.
5. Effectively control daily work flow. This includes efficient work assignment and distribution, teller break supervision and the secured storage and movement of all processed and to-be processed items.
6. Re-verify all customer deposit differences completely. This includes clearing the deposit template and re-verifying the entire deposit in question.
7. Make sure that all paperwork including teller proof work, inbound and outbound vault activity and customer reports are completed, transmitted, balanced and properly stored everyday, by the close of business.
8. Maintain a quality customer service relationship that includes responding to and resolving customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
9. Other duties that may be assigned by local or senior Dunbar management.

The minimum Knowledge, Education, Experience, Skills, and/or Abilities required to perform this job are, including any physical requirements:

1. Previous supervisory/management experience, 3-5 years, preferably in the banking industry.
2. Computer skills to include popular office suites (MS Office, etc.) Branch will train to use DCVS specific software and hardware.
3. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Knowledge of Federal Reserve System Coin Standards (preferred).
