Dunbar Armored has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Corporate Office located in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The CSR assists and supports the Sales Department in the day-to-day execution of duties by providing clerical and administrative support, and provides customer service to existing accounts. This position reports to the AVP of Client Services.

The CSR gathers essential data required by the field offices and H.Q.; assists in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports; researches data for customer inquiries; collects and maintains sales statistics needed to implement programs; interacts with Sales personnel on sales issues; assists with paper and electronic forms completion; performs conference call and webinar training on receipting procedures and technology requirements; and provides general filing of correspondence, contracts, etc.

* High school diploma/equivalency; college courses preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* 2-4 years providing clerical and administrative support in a marketing and/or sales environment.
* Computer skills required (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
* Excellent interpersonal / communication skills required (oral & written). Tact and discretion required.
* Must be well organized and a self starter.
