This position is responsible for assisting the Sales, Operations and Administration with day to day execution of duties by providing direct client-facing support for assigned financial accounts. . Provide customer service to new and existing financial accounts conversion and special project assistance, new work coordination, service issue resolution, special event scheduling, SLA management, report generation, facilitation of communication and other needs as client circumstances dictate.

What you will be doing:
• Provide primary point of contact customer support functions for financial customers.
• Administer general correspondence by email and phone.
• Interact with Financial Services Team/RVPs/Account Executives/Branch Managers/Cash Vault Managers/ ATM Team on all issues for each assigned account.
• Assist sales team with paperwork and/or electronic forms to support new business or service modifications on assigned accounts.
• Host and/or participate in weekly, monthly or quarterly conference calls
• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Research data for customer inquiries.

What you will need to be successful in this role:
• High school degree or equivalency. College courses preferred.
• 1 year of providing Customer and/or Administrative support in a marketing and/or sales environment.   • Experience must include Direct Customer Interface as opposed to purely Call Center support.
• Banking experience is preferred.
• Computer skills required (Word, Excel, etc).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required (oral & written). Tact and discretion required.
