REPORTS TO: Assistant Vice President – Cash Vault Services Systems Application Support

New Wage: $15.00/hr!


Provide administrative & clerical support to the field systems application support team and its customers.
The essential functions of this position are:

1. Profiling: Create and maintain customer profiles on multiple systems. Process email requests from DCVS branches, banks, and sales representatives in reference to profile set ups and closings.
2.  Safe Profiling: create and maintain customer profiles on multiple systems.
3. General Bank/Customer Support: Daily questions and or concerns with reconciliation issues, transmissions, balancing and reporting issues.
4. Bank/Customer Support: Support with Veri-Trak issues and settlement.
5. M&T Bank Support: Retrieve profiles from Public web sent to Veri-Trak. Complete customer profile set up on multiple systems.
6. Support: AVP Field Systems Application Support team as needed.
7. Bank of America: support/backup for Bank of America profiler.
8. Other duties as required.

The minimum Knowledge, Education, Experience, Skills, and/or Abilities required to perform this job are, including any physical requirements:

1. High school diploma, with some college preferred.
2. 2-4 Years of clerical/office experience.
3. Experienced with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Internet and Outlook
4. Work within a team environment.
5. Must be accurate and detail oriented with good organizational skills.
6.  Customer Support and correspondence experience a must
7. Excellent communication skills, interacting with customers and senior management.
8. Self-starter with little supervision. Able to meet deadlines and prioritize.
