REPORTS TO: Electronic Billing Manager

The essential functions of this position are:

1. Perform data entry and verification of billing information submitted by Contract Administration members.
2. Research contracts, address customer issues and troubleshoot billing related issues.
3. Calculate pro-rated amounts and adjustments on customer accounts.
4. Must be proficient in Access Data Base and Excel
5. Support and assist with Collections with collection efforts on all Excel customer spreadsheets produce.
6. General clerical duties; filing; answering phones etc., as needed.
7. Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, request additional information and clarification when necessary.
8. Other duties as assigned.

The minimum Knowledge, Education, Experience, Skills, and/or Abilities required to perform this job are, including any physical requirements:

1. High school diploma.
2. Previous clerical and data entry experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Detail oriented and self-motivated.
