SCHEDULE: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
REPORTS TO (POSITION): Vice President of Administration

JOB SUMMARY
Assist and support the Sales Department in the day to day execution of their duties by providing clerical & administrative support. Provide customer service to existing accounts.

The essential functions of this position are:
• Perform customer service functions as assigned by management.
•  Responsible for setting up new customers within our accounting software.
• Responsible for completion and accuracy of entering orders daily within our accounting software.
• Assist with customer billing issues and bring to a satisfactory conclusion that is a mutual benefit.
• Assist co-workers with orders when necessary.
• Assist Account Executives with accounts.
• Gather essential data required by the field sales team and customer as requested.
• Research data for customer inquiries, i.e. UPS tracking; invoicing; status of order, etc.
• General filing of correspondence, contracts, letters, etc.
• Assist management as necessary.
• Interact with Account Executives/Branch Managers/Customers throughout the region on a variety of sales issues.
• Assist Account Executives with paper / electronic forms completion.
• Other duties as required.

The minimum Knowledge, Education, Experience, Skills, and/or Abilities required to perform this job are, including any physical requirements:
• High school degree or equivalency. College courses preferred.
• 2-4 years providing clerical & administrative support in a marketing and/or sales environment
• Computer skills required (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills required (oral & written). Tact and discretion required.
