REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
1. Manage the day to day ATM operations of the branch.
2. The essential functions of this position are:
3. Enforce procedures for securing ATM operations, consistent with company policy.
4. Create and develop action plans to ensure issues/problems are resolved
5. Ability to identify performance problems and resolved them.
6. Knowledge of service area
7. Supervise, train and direct ATM technicians.
8. Recommend methods to improve security.
9. Schedule all personnel to insure that all ATM routes are properly staffed. May act as Driver/Guard due to absenteeism or staffing shortage.
10. Other duties as required
11. Complete time cards and weekly hours worked for payroll.
12. Advise sales representatives regarding feasibility of routings, time schedules and ability to service new and existing accounts. Revise routes when necessary.
13. Resolve any problems with customers pertaining to operational change, such as time of pick-up, routing, etc.
14. Insure that Driver/Guards comply with all uniform and personal conduct policies.
15. Coordinate with the branch manager and mechanic vehicle maintenance, inspection reports, pre and post-trip inspections.
16. Will assist the branch manager in the overall administration of the branch.
17. Will regularly work in excess of 40 hours per week.

1. Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
2. Must be able to perform all A TM technician duties, to include physical requirements of lifting
3. (at least 50 Lbs ); maintaining weapon's and driving license.
4. Excellent writing skills to create on-going reports to include performance evaluations.
5. Must have working knowledge of security systems to include alarms and monitors.
6. Must have personal vehicle with proof of liability insurance.
7. Exempt
8. Working knowledge of basic computer applications including Word and Excel.

9. Must possess or be able to obtain:
a. Valid Driver's License and MVR that meets company requirements.
b. Weapon's permit required by State.
c. DOT certification.
d. Other licenses or permits, as required.
